The process itself (i.e. - who were interviewing with; and how it was conducted) was a standard process - phone screen, in-person interview; screened by the recruiter, then meeting with the immediate supervisor. However, the timeframe for the process was fairly long (approximately 4 months). During this time, they were good about keeping you updated as to the progress.
