The process took a month. Online application: CV and online reasoning tests. Assessment at university: other reasoning and mathematical tests. Interviews at the office: three one-hour interviews - only motivational questions.
Interviews in English, Spanish and Italian.

Tell me about situations in which you undertook risks and why.
Tell me about situations in which you showed leadership skills.
Tell me about situations in which you helped somebody and in which you were helped.
Tell me about situations in which you changed the direction of what you were doing, be it an academic project, a work, etc.
Why would you like to work at P&G?
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
