The directors are not intimidating at all and will even walk you through the potential experience of working there. Just be yourself and emphasize how you can lead and collaborate with others!

It was pretty standard, behavioural questions and a little bit of chit chat in the beginning. Nothing to tough, the interviewer was friendly and had own stories to tell which was fun to hear.

One hour zoom interview with a senior member of the company. All behavioral and case questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Asked for emphasis of results of your actions and to use the CAR method.
