There is a special form asking you on your past behaviour in 7-9 different situations. The right way to answer is to tell Situation - Your Action - Results. Noone really checks if you are telling the truth, and if you're smart enough, you can easily pass. Usually next level management is interviewing you, they are quite inexperienced sometimes, and I've seen cases, when the person was apparently liying, but was approved as there was formally nothing to object.
