Online test followed by a written test at university.
Selected candidates appeared for screening interview.
After that there was a delay of 3-5 weeks before they called for second interview.
Questions asked where generic and some technical questions as well. They new very little of technical side especially of the field they were not related to.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
