I arrived at their office to be handed a test. the test consisted of a "few" questions relevant to my coding experience and background, and then a host of brain teasers and riddles meant to prove that could "think outside the box." No one was around while I took the test, and no one let me know how I did. Rather it just seemed like a hoop I jumped through to give them enough reason to bring me aboard.
