3 stage interview. consists of a short telephone interview, which is more of a conversation. I then went on to my firsts face to face interview, this consisted of a conversation relating to why I would like to go into recruitment and what knowledge I had of recruitment and the company, along with some general chat about myself and the company. I then went on to complete a personality test in relation to sales. Lastly I had my final interview which ended with me being taken out for drinks with some of the team which was great!
