Interview was a phone screening and then an in-person interview. The in-person interview mostly consisted of a tour around the property and classrooms. At the end, I was given the salary range, which was a little lower than the salary posted on the job listing on their website. I was also told they would speak to the owner about increasing the salary and get back to me, which they never did.
