I sent my application, cover letter, and resume to them through the mail, and they called me the day they received them. I had a 15 minute phone interview and a few days later, they called and offered me the job without the second interview.
In person, on-site, first interview with an administrator and then with the owner of the center. Was given a paper to fill up details including work experience, education, and salary expectation.
