Kyle contacted me a week before the scheduled interview. He was personable, young but you can tell he knows the industry quite well. He informed me that the most important aspect is taking care of their customers. Quality of quantity is what they say there.

Kyle was very interested in my background. If I had experience in this industry before etc. He was also informative on presenting company information to me. He ran me through what a typical day was like in terms of the moving aspect, and also informed me there was plenty of room to grow within the company.
