The interview was basic. They select applicants, call them to do an initial phone interview and after the phone interview they invite you out for an in-person interview. During the in-person, I interviewed the so-called President and was asked basic questions about my experience as if related to sales, marketing, and branding. After that interview, if they determine you "might" be a good fit - they invite you back for a Round 2 Interview which they call "Job Shadowing. You go out with one of their reps and shadow them on the field for a whole day - no pay, no lunch provided. During the job shadows, the reps take you out to an assigned area or territory and go door-to-door, canvassing the area for account sales and soliciting businesses.
