3 hour interview after waiting more then 2 months to hear back from a phone screening. The recruiter told me that I was asking too much $$$ & that I was overqualified but she would see if hiring manager would be willing to consider me given that I had extensive HR experience. After the interview I am 100% sure that I was used for EEO and their candidate pipeline. They already had their person, they just had to follow laws of interviewing. I answered all questions with ease and I provided a portfolio of my work. The interviewers seemed determined to try to debate me at each question and at times they talked down to me. The interview showed me their management style/culture, lack of respect and was a HUGE turn off. Moving forward I plan never to look for any employment opportunities with this company. I regret that I wasted 3 hours of my time.
