The process involved multiple interviews, all conducted by Prime IT, supposedly for different projects. Eventually, I was asked to complete a technical challenge, which required me to invest a full week of work to prepare and deliver a high-quality solution. After submitting the challenge to the client, I received no feedback from the client or Prime IT. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get any kind of response. Finally, I was told that the client had likely already chosen another candidate but that they would "keep me in mind" for future opportunities. The process was poorly managed and disrespectful to the time I invested. If a company requires a candidate to complete a substantial challenge, there should be proper follow-up and feedback. The lack of professionalism and transparency was disappointing.
