I applied online through Indeed.com, and they called me within 2 days where we then set up an appointment for the 1st interview for the next day. They told me to bring a copy of my resume. When I arrived, I had to fill out a short form. I was then called into Mr. Southerland's office. He asked me the usual questions. Things seemed to go pretty well. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. Towards the end, I was asked to fill out another form and hand it to the the kind lady, Janice, on the way out and that I would be contacted for a 2nd interview soon. Later on that day, I was called to schedule the 2nd interview for the following day. I was told to have at least 10 questions prepared to ask about basically anything. I later found out during the interview that this was the entirety of the 2nd interview minus the part where I was told about the pay.
