Because of COVID the process was completed completely online. I was introduced to the position by recruiter. Each stage of the interviewing process was well managed and easy to get setup through the calendar scheduling process, followed by the face to face online discussions. Each meeting was followed by communication from the Press Ganey team and the recruiter team. I was able to get answers to my questions and feedback quickly and consistently.
