It was very detailed and everything was well-communicated! I especially liked the "friendly tone" in the email communications -- with this being my first wfh experience, I have been afraid of feeling disconnected, but so far, I feel have been warmly greeted.

The interview was very professional, and I knew Press Ganey was looking for top notch talent. However, the team did a great job of making the interview more of a "conversation" than a stressful interview. I knew they were really trying to get to know me.
