The interview process with Premium was fairly simple in my experience. The interview consisted of asking information about my previous responsibilities, employment gaps, ect. The onboarding process took roughly two weeks due to drug testing.
It was quick, not the most informative but definitely engaging until a job was offered on the spot and then half of orientation done the same day. That’s always a red flag
