Met with a recruiter first. Was sent all kinds of online tests and questionnaires. Quite a few of them were difficult. In total they probably took about 4 hours to complete. Got moved on after completion of those. Interview day was two one-on-one interviews with VP's back to back. They were both friendly and professional interviews that were almost entirely behavioral. Salary offer was slightly below but comparable to offers received for public accounting once benefits package is considered.
