Interview process is very easy. You will be asked very simple/basic questions of Manual testing. But if you are having salary pending from your current company, then this company will not select you even if you are having better knowledge of manual testing. I was that victim person. I don't know the reason why? I was received the called for interview from 2-3 job consultants but i have told that they will not select me due to my current company salary reason. Even their HR has told me that why you don't leave the company if they are not paying you.
