I was contacted my a recruiter about taking a 15-minute CCAT exam and a personality test. I did everything that was asked and heard nothing back. I even reached back out to the recruiter for any update and heard absolutely nothing back. PS and their recruiters could do a better job about communication and the process in general. Not really sure how my ability to do math on a 15-minute CCAT exam translates to my ability to be an effective CRM.
