There was an initial phone call with a recruiter and then a video call with the hiring manager.
The recruiter however found my phone number and called me at random with no warning and texted me when I didn’t answer, which I found to be unprofessional. I was also rejected because they wanted more experience even though they reached out to me after seeing my resume/LinkedIn so that felt like a waste of time.

The interview process was smooth and it involved some great converstions with enthusiastic people. But even though I felt like I did well in all of my interviews, I got strung along for a long time before being given a reject.

Spoke with HR for 15-20 minutes mostly to reiterate what was on resume. Then met with hiring manager for 1 hour. Mostly the hiring manager did the talking about the current challenges the company is facing with the product and teams.

Initial phone call with HR recruiter. 3-4 Zoom interviews with staff members. Lots of process specific questions. The recruiter was very pushy - said the salary and start date were totally non-negotiable - but staff was nice.
