Took 6 rounds of interview including apptitude & personality Test. Interview process involves checking your communication skills and Security skills. interviewers are very supportive. Interview process is quick enough to receive offer. It was nice experience.

The longest wait was to get the initial call. I saw job posting for PowerSchool from a third party job site on LinkedIn which led me to some adware sites. But since I had company name in my hand,I went directly to company site and applied for job posting. Few days later I received link for online assessment which included questions from Aptitude and Security. Once done with online assessment I didn't had any knowledge if I went through or not. Just when I thought that I won't be hearing back from PowerSchool further, I received the call from HR to schedule first round of interview. I gave 5 technical interviews back to back where in every interview they emphasized on my past work experiences and gave me much scenario based questions. In one of the interview, interviewer shared his screen and we went line by line of my resume. To be honest, that was best technical discussion I ever had. All the interviews were held from US via zoom call. Every interviewer was very polite and gave me feedbacks after interview. On the very next day of my last technical discussion, I received call from my HR and we had the offer discussion. So finally I'll be joining PowerSchool in Jan 2021.
