The interview process was really smooth and everyone was super pleasant to speak with. I went through three rounds of interviews before being given and offer. If sales is something that you are interested in, I believe Power Home Remodeling to be a great choice for a career full of growth opportunities.
Phone call lasted 2 minutes, didn't seem interested in actually getting to know anything about me but more so wanted to know if I was interviewing with other companies. Was no longer interested as soon as no effort was put into being interviewed for the position

It was great! Thorough, quick, and transparent. Each interview person had their own unique questions, discussed different aspects of the job and there was limited repetition across each level of interview which was refreshing.

Nice people but definitely trying to get you through process quickly with little time to think. Recruiters don’t about you, just getting paid their compensation for you accepting. Pay structure doesn’t match they say you’ll make
