Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. They are Cutco for marketing. No pay until you "start your own business" after being trained by them. The phone screener was obviously reading from a script. Interview was like talking to a robot who had memorized a second script- they hadn't even read my resume beforehand. I was told to dress "business professional" and they were playing Miley Cirus in the waiting room. Give me a break. If their process reflects their sales strategies... Run away.
