5 rounds of interviews, everything was very transparent and I was kept updated along the way. During I met team members from different teams and functions, the final interview was a 1 hour panel that required some hours of preparation. Nothing unusual.

The team's responsiveness and communication took any stress out of the interview process. There were no gaps in my scheduling, prep material, and updates even as my recruiter happened to go on vacation. What got me onboard was how transparent and forthcoming the hiring manager was about the state of affairs and his coaching style. The way he gave feedback was constructive and earnest. This is a rare quality in sales leadership and my biggest priority in a new role.
