It was a complete waste of time. The HR scheduled 4 rounds. The first round was a Hiring manager round where he asked some Questions about past projects. Also questions like Why postman?. etc. Got rejected after this round stating that they have found potential candidates who are a closer match. If they knew my experience wouldn't fit why would you waste my time ?. Very bad recruitment strategies. Atleast have a look at the resume before you call someone for an interview.
