Had 3 interviews in total for this role. The first being a recruiter screening followed by two 1:1 interviews with other technical support engineers.
The interviews themselves were fine with plenty of detailed questions back and forth. I get the impression that the company would be a good place to work as it seems fast paced with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in the role.
On the other hand, the communication from the hiring department has been atrocious! I had to follow up after every interview round as no one could let me know the next steps, if any. The process was dragged out over 2 months which ended with me being ghosted after the third interview!
I understand if you don't hear back from a company after the initial application stage but, to have 3 interviews with plenty of positive feedback, to then be forgotten about is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour.
It takes very little time to notify a candidate of the next steps or outcome and judging by many of the other reviews, this is an all too common occurrence. It's a shame as ultimately this behaviour will hold the company back.

The hiring process consisted of 5 rounds in total, with the second round being an assessment round. All the interviewers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They were clear about what was required for the role and focused only on the relevant skill sets during the discussions. Overall, the experience felt more like a professional conversation than a formal interview.
