Recruiting process is pretty straightforward. First you have a 15 minute phone screening call with the HR recruiter. Then they schedule a meeting to an interview at their premises. The interview will be with the HR recruiter and two members of your the team. It can be a supervisor and a manager. They ask behavioral questions like-What are your strengths and weaknesses? What you are expecting from the opportunity? Tell me about yourself and your work experience?.... Also they present situations and how will you resolve them.
