Overall fairly ordinary interview process centered around case studies and behavioral test results. Initial phone screening and 4/5 follow up interviews with BD, head of equity, PMs and analysts. Quick and straightforward assessment and hiring decision communication.

How often have your changed your investment style and approach?
spoke with two biz dev people and one PM. biz dev people asked basic interview questions about prior deals I worked on and why I want to be in the industry. PM talked through stock pitches with me.
Interview process was straightforward and professional. It included an initial screening, followed by conversations focused on background, fit, and relevant skills. The interviewers were generally prepared and asked practical questions related to the role. Overall, the process was organized, though timelines and communication may vary depending on the team.
