Starts with wonderlic and 30min excel modeling test, then speak with a couple different hiring teams, then stock pitch case study, then in person interview/case study with the team interested in you, then individual convos with ppl on the team as well as some mgmt, then if you do well you get an offer
spoke with two biz dev people and one PM. biz dev people asked basic interview questions about prior deals I worked on and why I want to be in the industry. PM talked through stock pitches with me.
