Entrevista
I originally applied online. Point then reached out and had me complete an assignment and gave me some information about their company since the product is a brand new idea. Afterwards, I had a phone call interview, and 2 in person interviews. The first interview was with my potential boss and the second interview was over the course of half the day, meeting with multiple panels of people including the CEO. This was all intimidating at first but everyone was easy to talk to and very welcoming.
The process was very thorough and appreciated. Point cares about the quality of people they hire.

Entrevista
Everyone was very nice and seemed excited to have someone new potentially join. From when I first applied to receiving my offer letter took about 1.5 months. There was an initial phone interview, then There was a panel interview that was done remotely as the position is fully remote.
