The worst modeling test experience I have ever had. No wonder all the finance interviews review is negative In Glassdoor. They don’t even understand what’s a clear description mean. And their task and requirement are ambiguous. I did a few modeling tests for other companies but none of them gave me such a disgusting feeling. The team didn’t give clear description of the items, and they reviewed my model based on if you have the same understanding as them. They said # symbol means the order, not the the number of items. Why can’t you make yourself clear in the task? Why can’t you tell the candidates in advance? They said I made a mistake, why can’t the team improve a little bit even in the language? Making a ambiguous definition without explaining, that’s their only way to review candidates. No wonder they always continue hiring people but nobody comes
