After a series of interviews and assignments, they have nothing better to tell you so they put your candidacy on hold. They did it with me and clearly with all the comments and reviews here, they have been doing it with many. With so many interviews and each stretching for nearly an hour, they want to get good ideas from you. I have been seeing this company for the past few months, and they have been reposting the same jobs over and over again without one successful hire they show every week. Whether it be Creative Director, Creative Lead, Brand Lead- US, Writer Adaptation/Editor you can go on their Linkedin page now and see them still hiring for it. Don't waste your time and energy by applying for a job here. No one gets hired here except for a few jobs like in house writer and promo producer. Such companies are just mocking the candidates applying for the job and should be held accountable for it. Also they don't have any plans and trying to lure people on the name of US expansion.
