HR called me two weeks after I submitted my application for the job, inquired about my prior experiences, and requested copies of my prior work. I then had a screening interview with the manager two days later. The manager remained focused on his work and kept his head down the entire time, I didn't know what he was writing. Apparently, he didn't pay any attention to my response. He asked me three times the questions I had already answered in my self-introduction. I didn't feel respected at all. At the end of the interview, the man told me this was only the first round of interviews and that I would also be required to write a piece of RED marketing content for them to evaluate my writing abilities, which will take about 1-2 hrs. I didn't do that anyway since HR said I failed. This interview is overall quite easy, but the question is this manager seems like he didn't truly want to hire a staff.
Nevertheless, the HR is super nice, friendly, and responsive, so I will give 2 stars for the overall experience. Avoid this manager, it is such a waste of time to talk with him.
