The interview process was genuine and refreshing. I applied in the morning, received a response in the afternoon to set up an interview the following day. Within 3 mins of the conversation with hiring manager, I knew this was someone I felt comfortable with. After interview I was asked to do a mandatory CCAT assessment. I love these types of tests so I did it right away. I heard back from HM the next day and an interview was set up with another HM which was amazing also. 3rd interview was a panel interview with team members and HRBP.
