Lots of behavioral questions - it was clear they were looking for a combination of aptitude, relevant experience and cultural fit. I was very impressed with all the people I met - I interviewed with 6 people in addition to the hiring manager. Each person was courteous, eager to answer any questions I had and genuinely enthused about Pluralsight's mission. This is a mission -driven organization. I similarly was very keen on confirming fit, and definitely felt excited about the prospect of working with each of these individuals.
