I was contacted through Linkedin and I was intrigued by the company and the investment in Australia and the huge growth potential. I met with a number of people across the business on phone and Zoom interviews and then was put through a panel interview.

Fairly straight forward around key management styles and conflict management and particularly building a team in terms of hyper growth businesses
