I had two interviews with them. The initial phone interview and an on-site interview with Jared and Phil. Phil is very relaxed and easy going. Jared, on the other hand, is quite the opposite. I was mocked for my appearance, and he seemed to have it out for me from the get-go. After the interview, they explained this would end in 1 of 3 ways: an immediate offer, an invite for a second interview, or a pass. They told me, “silence from us is a good thing.” I wrote the recruiter 2.5 weeks later after no word, thinking silence was good, and received a generic email stating they were moving on. I feel like if I never reached in, I never would have heard anything from them.

The interview process was a simple one that went smoothly. I had multiple interviews (phone and Zoom) with recruiters, managers, and directors of the role. At each interview the level of job specificity increased.
