On-site meet the team I didn't get the offer but I really have to praise the recruiter, Rob, and the Pluralsight policy to offer a follow up feedback session with notes from the hiring manager giving constructive feedback and suggestions on my application. I've never experienced that in an application. Amazingly helpful. The hiring manager was also genuinely friendly, interested and interactive during interviews and the product demonstration.
