I submitted my resume and was sent a Predictive Index assessment to complete. I was advanced to interview with the sales managers. The interview went well and wasn't very difficult. I was told I would hear from them within the next week regarding their decision. Next week rolls around and I don't hear anything. I email them saying I enjoyed the interview and was wondering if there were any updates. That email was sent two weeks ago and no response. Ghosted.

Initial with the the HR was great. Friendly and bubbly but once I met the other 2 folks in round two, the energy shifted dramatically. It was awkward and I felt judged the entire time - it did not feel inquisitive , it felt more standoffish (although I was pushed forward for being such a good candidate)
