Ridiculous is how I describe it. There is a trend with some of these worthless "software" companies where they drag the process out for literally MONTHS, have you do a day of work for free as part of that process and then don't even have the decency to get back to you. That's the last time I'm doing that. I was OVERQUALIFIED for this position, btw. Oh, and FYI, this company pays about 15k BELOW average in comparison to other software companies. Get it together.
