Process was good. HR didn’t had responsibility to notify the candidate about outcome of an interview. No response from HR, when candidate reached to her about the interview. Candidate should be good at algorithms to ace the interview.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Interview Process I recently interviewed with Planful, and while the first round went exceptionally well, I was unfortunately met with a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience afterward. Despite being Interviewer told I performed well, I was rejected based on reasons that were factually incorrect and baseless. It felt as though these reasons were fabricated to justify their decision, which reflects poorly on the company's integrity. Moreover, the HR department was unresponsive and dismissive. When I reached out for clarification, my calls were ignored, and emails went unanswered. This lack of communication and respect for candidates' time is concerning, especially for a company that supposedly values professionalism. If the company did not have a genuine hiring need, they should not have wasted candidates' time by scheduling interviews only to drop out midway with poor excuses. This behavior suggests a lack of respect and transparency in their hiring process. It's disappointing to see such unprofessionalism from a company that should uphold better standards. I hope this review encourages Planful to reconsider how they treat candidates and to ensure their processes are both fair and respectful in the future.
