Entrevista
Had two rounds of interviews one with a recruiter and then one with a new business leader. First call was a normal get to know you call. Second call was not great and just had no flow to the conversation. Questions were all about Plaid and explaining their products. There was no interest in getting to know me, who I am, what I can bring, etc. Overall just felt very disorganized. Next day, received a very short email saying they were not moving forward. I responded asking for feedback and never heard back.

The interview process was very smooth, "human" and was an efficient use of time, closed in only a few weeks.
You get assigned a point of contact on the Talent team who is there to assist you throughout the whole interview process. At the start, clearly set out the steps and the timeframes/responses expectations, which is a much better practice compared to other companies where you get ghosted or wait weeks/months for a response.
I had three interviews with members of the Sales team. Plus a written task. All interviews were more of a conversation than a one-sided interview. You get a good feel for the company culture and the type of people who work there and the role itself. People I came in contact with at Plaid during the process were all very clever and open-minded people, keen to give insight into life at Plaid and the open banking/fintech landscape.
Overall had a very good recruitment experience.

What do you need/expect from us in order to succeed?
The interview process is very personable, easy to follow and the content asked is very applicable for the job itself. My best advice is be friendly, excited, interested and ask questions!

Interviewed via a recruiter:
Process was a screening phone call, phone call with the hiring manager, then a 2 hour zoom " onsite" with various members of sales org.
Process was simple enough, but the 2 hour onsite was definitely overkill. Extremely repetitive and it's case study portion of it covered really everything they could think of.... other than what they wanted you to research.
Overall I think their process doesn't really align with timelines of many candidates that are already talking to other organizations. Also, judging by what their own employees stated in process, it seems like they are looking for mainly entry level so if you have any type of experience in SaaS I wouldn't recommend this role for you.
