Pretty straight forward, grabbed application from the staff at the bar (confirmed they were hiring). Completed and was called in for an interview a few days later. Met with operations manager who only asked a few basic questions, made sure was competent and was a good fit for the restaurant. Was given job on spot, showed up next day for training/paperwork and started my first "shadowing" shift three days later. Worked there for 2 years in college - honestly, was a blast! Rough shifts and nights for sure, but that's the restaurant on campus life.
