Video interview--set up very quickly and willing to work around my schedule. Interview went fairly well overall, not my best but not my worst. However, at the end of the interview the CEO started to tell me repeatedly how one of the company's greatest weaknesses is accommodating employees. Like, repeatedly emphasizing that her company does a bad job at accommodating employees. I happen to have a disability and it was pretty clear she picked up on that. I think that was her way of telling me they don't want to hire a disabled employee for this position...I withdrew my interest within an hour of the interview.
