I had 6 rounds for interviews which were for medium level difficulty. I had clearly set my salary expectation during the initial phases of the interview but they were looking for a cheaper resource. So I ended up wasting my time with this company. The interviews with the leadership group, it looks like the company is far behind with their tech stack compared to market standards and there is no structure within the company itself. I strongly suggest that do not waste your precious time for this company

It was total 4 round, 2 technical and 1 Manager and 1 HR. Technical round was good. Manager round was pathetic. He asked me in general question in local language, i feel very unprofessional. And he told me you are in very high pkg, but this information was provided before scheduling the interview itself. In HR round , HR has offered me less salary the my current and i decline in meeting itself , then she just matched , saying that we are not paymaster. Company has rules that employee will have to strictly complete 9 hours in office daily. I have not seen any product company with this restriction. i can understand service company has this restriction because of client billing based on number of hours. This company is fas behind then become a good product company. Other rules are also like that i have never seen in any company.
