I was contacted by one of the partners to have a quick 20 minute introductory meeting discussing the position. The interviewer was very friendly and personable. He answered all my questions and was very frank about the job. I really appreciated his candor and openness about the position and the application process. He said they were drawing the process out to find the best fitting candidates in a series of interviews. I didn't end up getting the job, but I left feeling a good bit of respect for the interviewer and the company. If another job opens up here, I'll definitely consider applying again.
