The recruitment process initially went very well and was highly structured, covering HR interviews, technical tests, psychological assessments, and user interviews. The HR team was quite responsive at the beginning. However, after I passed all stages, submitted my employment documents, and was promised a bootcamp schedule in early April, the company abruptly canceled the program citing internal management reasons. This was a massive waste of time, as the unilateral cancellation happened right at the finish line after a lengthy process.
