Typical questions involve taking initiative, how you have dealt with conflicts and other people in a group. If you show enthusiasm and excitement about the position, they will most definitely take note of that. Tell them why you think the job is a good fit for you. Lastly, it can be difficult, but show your personality during the informal parts of the interview.
