I applied through my university's career fair. I spoke with a representative at their booth, and later that day was contacted to schedule an interview. The interview lasted roughly an hour and 15 minutes. There were 3 interviewers: one pretty senior management-level engineer and two more junior engineers. They were very nice and polite and went over my resume with me item-by-item in detail. Questions were not very technical but your typical "describe a time something went wrong and how you responded" kind of question.
